Disclaimer about data collection according to art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679
In accordance with the Regulation art.13 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, in short GDPR or Regulation) we inform you that your personal data, deliberately provided by you, will be treated by Koine S.r.l. with its registered office in Via Circonvallazione 28q – 30030 Maerne di Martellago, mostly though paperwork, computer media or telematics means, exclusively to carry out the personnel recruitment and evaluation process as for the company interest. The data collection takes place by sending by post, fax, e-mail, letter by hand, specific form on the website or direct hand delivery during the selection and interview phase by the interested parties of the information regarding their professional experience in the form of their Curriculum Vitae (CV). Such submission can be done as a spontaneous candidacy or as an answer to a specific job offer on the company website or on other third party web pages. The legal basis legitimizing this processing is the art. 6, par. 1, lett. B) of the GDPR as this processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is involved in pre-contractual measures, adopted at the request of said party. Also pursuant to art. 111-bis, Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent is not mandatory.
Personal data release is optional, however, please note that the failure to communicate such data will make it impossible for the Company to consider the application of the interested party as a part of any personnel selection and evaluation procedure. The CVs received will be eliminated at the end of the calendar year following the one of the receipt. In case you are still interested in proposing your application, you will necessarily have to send a new one.
Please also note that the personal data deliberately provided by you will only be processed by authorized personnel in accordance with the company holder and will not be disseminated to anyone else.
However, the data may be disclosed to subsidiaries, parent companies or companies subject to common control, which will process them for the same purposes.
The list of the data controllers recipients of this communication is available at the Company’s headquarters and may be sent to the interested party upon request.
Finally, we remind you that, pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the data concerning you, to obtain an indication of the origin, the purposes and methods of the processing, the updating, rectification, limitation, integration of data as well as the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law or if one of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the Regulation takes place. You have the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the rights indicated herein have not been recognized.
